I needed help leasing out my Santa Monica condo, and found Westside Property Management through a Google search last summer. The office was responsive and promptly set up an appointment for an initial consultation with Josh. He explained their services (I was new to property rental) and answered my questions. When I decided to move forward with them, it was a relatively painless process. They took care of finding and vetting applicants, and then helped me prepare the condo for the tenants. When the tenants reported issues following the heavy rains, Westside assisted in coordinating the repairs. On a couple of occasions I've had to follow up with them to get status on something, but overall I would say my experience during the last 8 months has been very positive.

They are great! I purchased a home in Boston and sold a house in Boston; they made it seamless for both transactions.
After leaving Los Angeles, I rented out my apartment and they managed the property for me! They took care of maintenance, collecting the rent, renewing the tenant. Give them a call!
