It has been about 5 months since I have hired Westside Property Management to manage 2 apartment buildings. I could not be happier. Any questions I have are responded to that same day. I enjoy dealing with different people from different departments to handle different issues. They advise you through email when your monthly statements are in and when disbursements are sent to your bank accounts. Very happy with them. I highly recommend them.

Westside Property Management was so amazing to work with while we were trying to find a rental that suited all of our needs. We worked with Bella throughout the application process. She kept us updated every step of the way, and always made sure we knew what was going on. We never had to wonder if our application was being processed because she kept in contact every day. The team at Westside property management is professional courteous and has always helped me fill my rentals when I needed them with amazing tenants and gotten me great market rates. They are incredibly familiar with the current Westside market and knowledgeable of current trends. They are always available on short notice in case of emergency's. Loved working with Josh, very friendly. He was flexible with my schedule, very accommodating, helpful with providing connections to other service providers. Trustworthy. Given their long history, the management company has reliable and dependable handyman. Although at the end I decided to not rent my place, I found the customer service extremely professional and patient. Also the management company's portfolio was helpful in looking at rentals and getting a sense of the market.

If you are seeking to buy a home; to rent a home; or initiate property management for your property , either condo or home, this is your place. Stop now, and make that phone call. I am the President of a Condo HOA and this great man, JOSH BARRE, has acted as the PM for one unit in my building. He and his folks are a dream with whom to work. There is the ultimate care for your property; immediate action on issues; and weekend response to everything. The rest of our units are represented by a larger PM company and the results are like night and day. I have to fight for the owners of this building to get their needs met and get delayed response on all issues. As someone who deals with WESTSIDE only when problems arise, I love them and the care they give our building, not just in crisis, but in communicative responses. Thank you Westside PM
