Joshua is passionate about helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. You could say that he was born into the real estate business. Before he could walk, he was “sitting” on open houses with his grandmother. In 1996, at the age of 19, he obtained his real estate license and began helping property owners buy, sell, lease and manage their assets. He enjoys finding solutions to the daily challenges that arise with managing properties, and to making the lives of his client’s easier.
Olivier provides his customers with the most honest, reliable, and professional property management services in the area. He strives to maximize income for his clients and to improve the quality and value of the properties he manages. As a third generation property manager he does his job with pride knowing that property management provides him with a way to help people achieve their goals & at the same time provide a beneficial and important service to the people and community he serves.
Gabrielle is our leasing agent extraordinaire, and is in charge of coordinating showings to prospective tenants, facilitating move-in/move-out inspections, and much more. The thing she loves most about her job is the people she get to work with on a daily basis. She is very focused, hard-working and patient. In her spare time she enjoys sewing and spending time with her children and granddaughter. As a Santa Monica native she is very involved in the community, and is the Senior Regent at the Santa Monica Moose lodge.
Operations and Compliance Officer
Eric has been involved in real-estate in Los Angeles since 2008. He has almost 10 years of experience of in financial and property management operations. He has also worked as a full-charge bookkeeper for several real estate investors in Los Angeles.
Yvonne lends support to the entire team, whether it pertains to maintenance, leasing, or compliance. She enjoys overcoming the daily challenges and adventures each new day brings. Her interests include spending time with family and friends, travelling, enjoying EDM, the LA Kings and football. She also volunteers at the West Hollywood food coalition and the Santa Monica animal shelter.
Darwin supervises all maintenance and repairs. Among the many tasks he is involved with is vendor coordination and supervision, and reporting updates to other members of the maintenance staff, and to owners and tenants. He enjoys the challenge of this very busy and fast-paced side of the business and thrives under pressure.

Sheilla is in charge of the account receivable and payables, reconciliation and many other day-today bookeeping tasks. She takes pride in what she does, and her positive attitude is contagious to the rest of the office. What Sheilla enjoys most about being at WPM, is working with rest of the team and getting things accomplished each and every day.
